Dr. Todd L. Tyminski, DC, DAAPM was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate education at Springfield College in Massachusetts where he majored in Rehabilitation with a Medical Therapeutic Concentration. Dr. Tyminski earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001. His post-graduate studies have included a wide array of topics including neuropathy, functional medicine, radiographic analysis, post-concussion syndrome analysis and acute spinal cord trauma. Dr. Tyminski has also earned a Diplomate from the American Academy of Pain Management.
Football and basketball have always been a large part of Dr. Tyminski’s life. While in school, he played football and earned many accolades. Off the field, he has mentored athletes in both basketball and football. He continues to coach local middle school and high school teams. His passion for sports along with his fascination with anatomy and physiology ultimately drove him to a career in health care. Understanding the root cause of injuries allows him to get athletes back on the field.
Dr. Tyminski has been an integral part of Total Health Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Center for over 22 years. His years of experience with the multi-disciplinary team supports his vast knowledge of spinal decompression, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and much more. He has treated patients of all ages from young children to professionals to geriatrics.
Dr. Tyminski is happily married with three children and two dogs. He enjoys the outdoors, camping and watching sports.
